I don’t think I am a perfect pintrest mom either. My kids are little demons. I know it, they know it, they understand we “try” to behave. So when I say things it isn’t a put down to other parents or anything like that. It is just my observations.

Like I said I am by no means perfect. I make a shit ton of mistakes and I always second guess myself but a conversation I had today actually meant a lot to me. My oldests looks at me while I’m driving and asks “mom what are the best condoms?”

Well that doesn’t sound like much but the fact is my kid asked me that. It means that they respect me enough to ask that. Most kids would shy away and not ask their parents that. Not only was I happy that my kids can ask me that I was happy she plans on being safe. Win for me…..
