Quick Update rl

So we just had the first meeting with the realtor. I should also state this is not my first time buying a house but it is my husbands so he goes off the fact his atep father and mother are part time realtors and he for some reason trusts what they say.

The realtor had it under his understanding that Hubs was in charge of the home buying and was trying to steer him away from the house I wanted. He learned today that not only do I do research on everything, I also am stubborn as fuck when I want a specific thing.

The realtor will be showing hubs the house I picked this weekend and most likely writing a contract the same day, if it pleases me. He learned don’t piss off a writer, we have a way with words that will cut you down without you even realizing how much, at the time.
